Still Patching

I downloaded all the maps from the site, Deleted all the files in the maps directory and installed all the ones from the zip file. When I go to patch EQ, it still downloads maps.

Is the zip file not a complete list of all the maps?

Is SoE patching certain files that they check the integrity on?
