Layer 3 not in the map packs

Hello.

I just dl'ed a fresh map pack (complete pack) and it misses the layer 3 (coordinate grids). Is there a complete layer 3 pack somewhere?

On the main page, click "Map Packs" on the left side in the Everquest section.

I just downloaded them and there are only to map files per zone. one is missing

We don't do the grid lines any longer.

Layer 3 is available on each individual map page, and the description under the download map pack still says layer 3 is included in the pack. Why is there no way to download all layer 3's at once? It'll be extremely tedious to download them all one at a time. If there are no plans to make a layer 3 pack available can someone that has them email them to me?
