We do have summer internships at the company. They generally are only advertised at colleges in Southern California, because you have to a) be a student able to get credit for the work and b) live close enough to come work in the building. Our design intern did a lot of the work on the new breastplate clicks for Underfoot, and some of the objects in Volska's Husk were created by our art intern. Interns do rotate around the company, though, so there's not always a summer intern on EverQuest.
Legal issues are the biggest reason why we can't accept volunteer work.
