Um. The rest of the poisons fit the slot the caster DPS potions do. And I am told that Mana reiterate is better than the potions, so they can be superseded by a player action, while the poisons are useful much more often.
the original work on the poisons was to do it in a way that does not require code time, and most of the suggestions you mentioned require code.
We did recently (after these poisons were made) get a "requirement" for raid targets based on the con. I do *not* know if the spell system can use that requirement, though I am willing to look into it. I have no ETA.
And I am being careful. I still would MUCH prefer to come short of the target, and have to increase it, than to overdo it and have to nerf it.
