Here's a not-so-hypothetical situation. This is your day's workload:
Up to 4 hours of raid testing
Up to 4 hours of raid tweaking based on testing
Up to 4 hours of addressing rapidly growing backlog of other expansion-related content
Up to 2 hours of general expansion-related bug fixing
Up to 2 hours of collecting information for code / other designers (they are bottlenecked and require that data)
Up to 2 hours of helping other designers with their issues (they are stuck and need assistance)
Up to 1 hour of meetings
Up to 3 hours of general communication: reading messageboards / posting on messageboards / responding to PMs / responding to e-mails / writing articles for community
You have 8 hours in the work day plus however much overtime you want to commit. Where do you spend your time and why?
