the only thing removed are what I specified. there are other "global" loots that will still drop, as well as things specifically made to drop in a specific zone.
I did do this in a way that did not take much of my time time. It only took about 2 hours making the changes necessary to alter the tables.
I only hit on the fully "global" loot (loot made to drop in every zone in the game), I did not hit any "zone global" tables. This was also done on the global loot tables, not on the NPC level.
