As near as we can tell, the algorithm on the abacus is now working correctly -- so far in every case I've investigated it's been a problem with the saved score on the character rather than the abacus. At this point it's now a manual process that involves me decoding logs and getting them to CS for each individual, and it's unfortunately slow and time consuming.
We're working on it, but it's very dependent on my unscheduled time, which is scarce at the moment. We haven't forgotten you.
