My only request this time would be to attach level-appropriate focus effects to the group seals - so, for example, if the top-tier group armour has a 15 to 60% focus, then the cultural seal should offer say 5 to 60% focus, or just a plain 60% focus. That is, assuming the old "cultural is filler until you get real gear" paradigm for groupers still holds!
The lack of any focus effects for groupers is what made it nothing more than a filler IMO.
I have a different trick in mind.
